Perawatan Anis Kembang trotolan

Salam Hormat,
Om Duto mohon kiranya membantu saya dalam merawat Anis Kembang ( masih trotol belang hitam di dada dah keliatan biar sedikit sekali )
yang saya tanyakan:
1. Mandi sebaiknya jam berapa dan berapa kali.
2. Penjemuran waktunya berapa lama.
3. Pemberian kroto, Jangkrik, Cacing, buah berapa
banyak & berapa kali dalam sehari.
4. Kapan pengkrodongan harus dilakukan.
5. Master apa yg bagus untuk AK.
Sekiranya ini dulu Om Duto sebelumnya saya ucapkan terimakasih, saya mau belajar merawat Anis Kembang soalnya saya kalo liat lomba pasti jadi ngebet banget pengen meliara buat klangenan di rumah.

Ok saya jawab to the point saja ya:
1. Sekali sehari saja. Kalau bisa, jemur dulu barang sebentar pagi hari sebelum dimandikan. Jadi tidak dalam kondisi dingin langsung dimandikan. Tetapi sebaliknya, jangan habis dijemur lama langsung dimandikan. Untuk AK dewasa, bisa dia kali sehari, pagi-sore. Habis dimandikan jangan langsung dijemur. Angin2kan dulu biar airnya kering dulu, baru dijemur.
2. Jemur normal paling setengah jam saja di pagi hari. Porsi jemur bisa ditambah jika bulu sudah kuat/tua. Penambahan porsi jemur dilakukan secara bertahap dari hari ke hari.
3. Pagi hari, jangkrik 4-5 (sehabisnya berapa). Setelah itu tambah kroto dengan porsi minimal sesendok makan sehari. Sore jangkrik 4 ekor. Diberikan tiap hari. Untuk cacing, 1-2 ekor di siang hari (nggak mutlak).
4. Di malam hari. Tapi kalau pengin nglatih agar bunyi di kala sunyi, nggak usah dikerodong di malam hari dan didekatkan lampu (suasana terang).
5. Suara jangkrik. Jika anakan AK bisa merekam suara jangkrik, dia akan relatif mudah merekam suara apa saja.
